The Russian’s friends claim that he fell overboard himself.

A top stock exchange manager died in Russia after falling from a yacht while sailing along the Moscow River. 

According to Baza, 44-year-old Georgy Chibisov, director of media and advertising at the Moscow Exchange, disappeared on the evening of July 27. According to his relatives, he went for a walk on a boat, after which he wrote a message to his wife and did not contact her again. 

As noted, Chibisov had never disappeared before, so the woman became scared and contacted law enforcement agencies.

The police questioned acquaintances “who were walking along the Moscow River with the top manager. According to them, at some point Georgy went out on deck and fell into the water. They tried to find him on their own, then turned to rescuers,” the publication writes. 

According to Baza, Chibisov’s body was found in the river on July 28. A criminal case has been opened under the article on violation of water transport safety rules. 

Strange deaths in Russia

Since the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, strange and sudden deaths have become more frequent in Russia.

Thus,  the former director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Vyacheslav Trubnikov died suddenly  . At the time of his death, he was 77 years old.

Later , the editor-in-chief of Komsomolskaya Pravda, Vladimir Sungorkin, died  at the age of 68.  Details of the propagandist’s death are not reported.

Following him,  Kremlin propagandist Dmitry Litovkin died suddenly in Moscow . He was 50 years old at the time of his death.

After this , former top official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Makarov committed suicide  in Russia  . He held the position of deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism.
