Explosions were heard in Moscow and the Moscow region of the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, on the evening of October 26, and smoke rose near the village of Kommunarka. Local authorities announced a drone attack, and soldiers were spotted near the Kremlin with a machine gun mounted on a pickup truck.
The mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that air defenses allegedly eliminated at least 26 UAVs. He also noted that “emergency services specialists were working at the sites of the debris fall.”
Meanwhile, the Telegram channel Exilenova+ showed photos of a fire on the territory of the Serpukhov oil depot, which is located in the Moscow region. It is possible that the facility was hit by a drone, although this information has not yet been confirmed. - 00:50 – and another one;
- 01:05 – Sobyanin again reported on the “success”, claiming that a total of 11 UAVs had already been eliminated;
- 01:20 – the number increased sharply to 17;
- 01:50 – Russian authorities have already counted 26 “liquidated” drones.
