The blackout and paralysis of public transport were the result of a large-scale enemy attack on Odesa and the whole of Ukraine.

As the correspondents of “Dumska” report, there is no water in some areas of the city.

Odessa was attacked by missiles and drones, now there is no danger for the city.

UPDATED AT 10:05 AM. The Russians hit Ukraine with 120 missiles and 90 drones, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. Our anti-aircraft defense shot down 140 “birds”.

“During this night and morning, Russian terrorists used drones of various types, including Shaheds.” Cruise, ballistic and aeroballistic missiles: “zirkons”, “Iskanders”, “daggers”, – wrote the head of state.

The enemy’s target was our energy infrastructure throughout Ukraine. Unfortunately, there is damage to objects from hits and falling debris. In Mykolaiv, as a result of a drone attack, two people were killed and six others were injured, including two children.

“We are grateful to all our air defense, which was involved in repelling this attack: anti-aircraft missile forces, our aviation – pilots of F-16s, “dryers” and MiGs, mobile fire groups, EW – everyone worked in an organized manner. Thank you for reliable protection!” – added the president.

UPDATED AT 09:50. Five trains are delayed due to massive enemy fire. As reported in “Ukrzaliznytsia”, several railway sections in the south, west and north-east of Ukraine have been de-energized. As of now, the following passenger trains are running with a delay: No. 51 Zaporizhzhia — Odesa; No. 207 Kharkiv — Odesa; No. 25/135 Yasinya, Chernivtsi — Odesa; No. 78 Kovel — Odesa; #87 Zaporozhye — Kovel; No. 59 Kharkiv — Odesa.

Reserve diesel locomotives have already left for the specified areas to restore traffic. The list of delays is traditionally on site

UPDATED AT 08:55. Some pumping stations cannot be started, because the considerable capacity and technological conditions of operation do not allow the use of generators there, Infoxvodokanal said.

Most of the pumping stations were transferred to work from autonomous power sources.

In KP “Heat supply of the city of Odesa” we were informed that the normal operation of boilers is impossible without water. Boiler rooms simply cannot function.

As the head of the Ministry of Energy Herman Galushchenko reported, another massive attack on the power system is taking place. The enemy is attacking electricity generation and transmission facilities throughout Ukraine.

“The operator of the transmission system urgently introduced the mode of emergency power outages. Where possible, rescuers and energy workers are already working on eliminating the consequences,” the minister said.
