This is 20% more than in 2022, when russia first launched its full-scale invasion.

While we in the rest of #Europe still pretend to look the other way, it’s the brave women of Ukraine who answer the call of duty.

🇺🇦🇳🇱 Good to see our new Dutch Prime Minister in Kyiv this morning.
President Zelensky met Prime Minister of the #Netherlands Rob #Jetten, who arrived in #Ukraine for the first time since taking office a few weeks ago, honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian warriors.

The leaders walked along the Wall of Remembrance and paid tribute to the fallen defenders of Ukraine.

📈 Netherlands will provide €3 billion annually and invest in the PURL program for air defense missile procurement. Our two countries also agreed to expand joint weapons production.

☝️ Rob Jetten took office just 2 weeks ago, becoming both the youngest and first openly 𝐠𝐚𝐲 PM of the Netherlands

With this trip, our PM demonstrates Ukraine’s importance for the future not just of our country – but of #Europe as a whole.

One of these days, probably long after I’m gone, we will gain access to intelligence files and other currenly hidden sources and finally learn the details of everything surrounding Russia, Putin, Trump, and the connections which explain US policy towards Russia and Ukraine under Trump. No matter what assistance Ukraine provides the US against Iran and no matter what actions Russia takes against US interests, even if it results in the deaths of US troops, Trump is not going to change his position on Russia and Ukraine, no matter the illogic of it all. In the meantime, unfortunately, as I have repeatedly written, Europe is on its own with Russia and Ukraine and likely other important matters.

🇭🇺 Absolutely massive anti-Orban in Pécs, #Hungary last night, ahead of the anticipated fall of the pro-Kremlin Orban regime in April elections

I really hope Orban is finally voted out of office. If not, will the #EU finally kick Hungary out of the EU?

Orbán has been Hungary´s Prime Minister since 2010, and under his leadership the country has basically become the first non #democracy in the EU. Orbán himself has described Hungary as an “illiberal state”, and he´s used the Kremlin playbook to create it.

📣 For example, he created a nationwide right-wing media network and interfering with independent #media has plummeted Hungary´s Press Freedom Index into 67th place, one of the worst in the EU.

Orban´s fans in the West see him as a Christian conservative who´s standing up to “woke” European bureaucrats.

But when taking a closer look at his policies in the last 14 years, you quickly see that his government´s most consistent policy direction has been selling out to russia & China.

For Hungary, the CCP is a great source of funding without any string, like advocating human rights, attached. But like with Russian #energy imports, it also increases Hungary´s dependency on China.

📉 This reliance on cheap russian oil and one-way money flow created a “debt trap” for Hungary, who under Orban has become the p00rest country in the European Union.

Orban has done far more harm than good.

The people of Hungary want him out, but the question is: will this wanabee dictator go quietly?

☪️ A Jewish-Ukrainian president shares the Iftar dinner with his 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐦 -Ukrainian soldiers. Many in the rest of the Free World have been preaching #diversity and tolerance, democratic #Ukraine is actually practicing it – under the most difficult conditions.

We in the West like to talk about #inclusivity and such.

Ukraine is living all those ideals we hold dear while under fire.
