According to the president, Russia feels impunity, which is why it is killing Ukrainian civilians.

“Another brutal murder. Aerial bombs on civilians in the city – there is even a children’s railway nearby. This has no military sense. Pure terrorism. And this has been going on for more than three years of a full-scale war. This cannot be ignored. We cannot turn a blind eye to this. And this is not some kind of game. Every day we lose our people only because Russia feels impunity. Russia needs to be strictly forced to peace,” the head of state emphasized.

As stated by the director of the Passenger Company branch of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, Alexander Pertsovsky , as a result of the Russian strike on Kharkov, the 30-year-old head of the local Children’s Railway died.

“Another treacherous attack on Kharkov took the life of our employee, 4 railway workers were injured. Our people are next to them in the hospital, so that there is maximum support and assistance,” he noted.

Pertsovsky specified that the enemy struck near the production facilities and depot of the Small Southern, Kharkov children’s railway.

“For safety reasons, we are not opening it – we cancelled the opening, so there were no students or visitors and they are safe! It is scary to imagine what would have happened otherwise.
