The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that during another drone attack by Russian invaders on Ukraine on February 26, “unidentified UAVs” flew into the territory of Moldova. They noted that the drones were heading from the border with Moldova towards Khmelnitsky.
This message was published on the official Telegram channel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 23:10. The alarm was then declared in most regions of Ukraine – in Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Odessa, Kirovograd and other regions.

At the same time, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of Moldova later denied this information. They stated that “not a single drone launched by the Russian Federation this evening into Ukraine flew over the airspace of the Republic of Moldova.”
“The Ukrainian side confirmed to us that all drones launched today over the Odessa region were destroyed or jammed by Ukrainian air defense,” the message says.

By the way, the author of the Nikolaevskaya Vanek monitoring channel, which monitors Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine and warns about their movement, wrote that unknown UAVs flew over the entire territory of Moldova.
At the same time, they noted that these objects did not have data characteristic of the Shahed-136 UAV.

As OBOZ.UA reported, the border police of Moldova on the evening of February 17 found new fragments of a Russian drone, which the law enforcement officers seemed “similar to the Geranium-2 model.” This is the second discovery of Russian UAVs in the country in a week.

Same old same old from Moldova: They saw nothing, heard nothing and know nothing. Even when the smoking wreckages of Russian drones are pointed out to them. Which should lead EU nations tonask themselves: Do we really want to allow those ignorants into our community? Wvat’s that country good for at all? 🤨
I also don’t understand Moldova, Mr. Gray. Their behavior baffles me sometimes.
