On the night of August 11, the Russian occupying forces launched a missile attack on the Kyiv region .

According to the State Emergency Service, civilians – a 35-year-old man and his 4-year-old son – died as a result of the attack. They found themselves under the rubble of the building and were found dead during search and rescue operations,” the department said.

“Tonight, fragments of a rocket fell on private residential buildings in Brovary district. Three people were seriously injured, including a 13-year-old child,” the press service of the State Emergency Service said.

The head of the Kyiv OVA, Ruslan Kravchenko, confirmed the death of two people and the wounding of three more as a result of the night attack on the Kyiv region. He expressed his condolences to the family and relatives of the victims.

According to Kravchenko, the wounded have bruises and bruises on their bodies, heads, limbs, and fractures. Everyone is provided with the necessary medical assistance.

As noted in OVA, the Russians attacked the region with missiles and attack drones. The alarm lasted almost 8 hours. Air defense forces worked in the region. No direct hits to residential and critical infrastructure objects were recorded. 

As of 9:00 a.m., 2 private houses were destroyed and another 6 were damaged in 2 districts of the region as a result of falling debris from enemy targets. 4 cars were also damaged. Operational groups are working on the ground, eliminating the consequences of an enemy attack.
