On November 28, as a result of a successful operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Russian radar complex “Podlet” was destroyed on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea . This was reported by the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

“The 48Ya6-K1 Podlet mobile radar is used by the enemy to detect air targets at low and extremely low altitudes in a complex jamming environment,” the statement said.

The intelligence service emphasized that the estimated cost of the destroyed enemy radar complex “Podlet”, intended, in particular, to provide target designations for the S-300 and S-400 air defense systems, is 5 million dollars.
