In Russia, the former commander of the 58th Army, Major General Ivan Popov, was arrested in a fraud case. Perhaps the case is related to his position against the former head of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu.

There’s always got to be a scapegoat for a failure, especially in a dictatorship like mafia land. What those baboons don’t seem to realize is that in a system like theirs, which is a festering, rotting boil upon their country, everyone who takes command will fail. It’s like replacing one rotten timber in a dilapidated bridge with one that is also half decayed. It just won’t work. And even if the replacement is not rotten, what good will it do in that bridge when the rest are?
Is that why all the new appointees look so grim? They know they are one step closer to taking balcony flying lessons.
