A former MP suspected of treason is calling on a potential future US president to leave Ukraine without military aid amid full-scale Russian aggression.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Viktor Medvedchuk, who lives in Russia , sent a letter to US presidential candidate Donald Trump, in which he spoke about the “Ukrainian trace” of Saturday’s assassination attempt, the Russian state agency TASS reported , citing the text of the letter, which the editorial board has at its disposal.

In the letter, Medvedchuk noted in particular that Trump promised to bring peace to Ukraine in his campaign statements.

“But this peace means the loss of power by the Nazi regime of Zelensky and his American curators from the Biden administration. It is because of this, dear Mr. Trump, that you have become a personal enemy of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi Zelensky, and this scoundrel will stop at nothing to prevent you from winning the presidential election. I think that a Ukrainian trace will appear in the case of the assassination attempt on you,” TASS quotes the text of this letter.

In retelling the text of the letter, TASS also makes the false claim that the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, recently allegedly confessed to several attempts to assassinate Vladimir Putin.

    • For now. Let’s see what happens in November.

(Well, we have the Senate for now, anyway – we know that “MAGAt Mike” will bow to trumpkov’s wishes.)

      • That’s why the Dems supported him i guess. Mike is a snake, not an asslicker like Vance.

        • “That’s why the Dems supported him i guess.”

They didn’t want him punished for doing the right thing (letting Ukraine aid pass). Plus, look how long it took to elect a new speaker the last time. We really can’t afford to have the House out of operations for that long again.
