Today, September 20, at night and in the morning, the Russian army massively attacked Ukraine – there is one dead and wounded in the Khmelnytskyi region .

The Southern Defense Forces reported that at night, the enemy massively used Shahed kamikaze drones and missiles from the southern direction. The military destroyed some of the air attack vehicles, but as a result of hits and falling debris, fires broke out in private homes and on farms. In addition to the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions were affected.

In particular, according to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim , in the morning the enemy launched a massive combined strike on the regional center with ballistics and Shahed UAVs. Industrial infrastructure was under attack, fires broke out. Also that night in the Mykolaiv region, the occupiers attacked a farm in the Snigurivska community of the Bashtansky district with strike drones. There was a fire in warehouses, four private houses and two cars were damaged by the blast wave. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.

The Russian attack caused large-scale destruction in the Odessa region. As UNIAN was informed by the press secretary of the Odessa regional prosecutor’s office Inna Verba, on September 20, the Russian armed forces attacked the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district with strike drones. A civilian facility was destroyed – a farm building with an area of ​​1 thousand square meters, and the warehouses of another farm and agricultural machinery were partially damaged.

“Fortunately, no one was injured in the hostile actions. Under the procedural leadership of the Bilhorod-Dniester District Prosecutor’s Office, an investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched. Prosecutors are working on the scene together with employees of the SBU and the police,” Verba said.

The regional headquarters of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine clarified on Facebook that in the Odessa region, as a result of the attack, a fire broke out at a farm and a warehouse with agricultural machinery was destroyed. The fire has already been extinguished.

In addition, it is known that the Russian army attacked the Khmelnytskyi region. According to the head of the Khmelnytskyi regional military administration, Sergey Tyurin, in Telegram , a person died as a result of the attack in the Dunayevets community – during the liquidation of the fire in one of the houses, the body of a deceased man, born in 1979, was discovered. Two more local residents sought medical help. According to preliminary information, Tyurin reported, 2 houses were destroyed, about 20 residential buildings were damaged.
