Ukraine has struck the pontoon bridges at the Chonhar crossing as Russia’s logistics route to Crimea remains under attack. Ukraine’s long-range drones successfully devastated the oil depot in Rybinsk. Fuel rationing and shortages have reached Moscow and Saint Petersburg and ordinary Russians are increasingly blaming Putin for their problems.
