Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the collapse of Russia will affect all other CIS states.

At a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs of the CIS member states, he said that against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, many leaders and security officials began to look for some kind of benefit for themselves.
“Based on my experience, I will say that life is so turbulent now and very changeable. Many are looking for benefits, including moving away from our general development trend created in Soviet times.
