LNR start closing coal mines

Occupation authorities of the “LNR” developed a plan to close the mines, which they will consider unprofitable. This was stated by calling himself “chairman of the government” Sergey Kozlov. “A program to reorganize the coal industry of the LNR will begin in the near future”, – Kozlov reported at a meeting with “specialized ministers”. According to him, “the main tasks of the reorganization will be, first of all, entering the profitability regime of all coal enterprises”. Kozlov did not directly say that unprofitable mines would be closed, but the question about the miners who would be dismissed from mines recognized as such was raised during the meeting. The occupation authorities promised that a number of social guarantees are provided for such miners. As previously reported, miners in the occupied Donbass receive a salary of 10-15 thousand Russian rubles. Moreover, the practice of its months-long delays has developed.

  1. Gosh, I wonder why they’re not profitable…maybe because of Moskali corruption and theft? Maybe because of illegal occupation or just Moskali incompetence?
