“Senate Approves Aid for Ukraine and Israel, Sending It to Biden’s Desk”
From last I heard they had 30 hours of last min discussions before finalizing it.
They went though the procedural vote, then in 30 hours or less from that they will hold the final vote.

That had been my impression, too, but it looks like they shortened that additional speech period. Those Senate rules are very confusing. Whatever, the bill passed, that’s the important point! Now, onward to victory, Ukrainian soldiers!
