Sen. John Kennedy delivers a fiery Senate speech calling for tougher sanctions against Russia as the war in Ukraine continues. With the call to “Let’s help Ukraine crush Putin,” Kennedy pushes for stronger measures targeting Moscow and renewed pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin. His remarks highlight the ongoing debate in Washington over military assistance to Ukraine, economic sanctions against Russia, and the U.S. response to the war. The speech puts the spotlight on the Senate’s role in shaping America’s Russia policy and the growing focus on accountability for Moscow’s actions.

Incredibly, the elected U.S. govt is currently providing succour to these devils in their genocide :
Vladimir Solovyov and his weatherman threaten Britain, Ukraine, and all of Russia’s neighbors

Shaun Pinner :
Since the US 🇺🇸 administration HAS OPTED TO support a genocidal, imperialist, fascist regime, Ukraine will resume hitting Russian oil refineries.
Ukraine paused for three days. Russia kept killing civilians.
“The ban has been lifted,” Zelenskyy told the FT.
Garry Kasparov :
Tone-policing Zelenskyy, or any Ukrainian, while their people are in their fifth year of being murdered by Russia is revolting. If Trump doesn’t want to be criticized for siding with Putin, he can stop siding with Putin. Appeasing and flattering him has failed. Pick a side.
Phillips P. OBrien :
To understand how the Trump administration behaves and makes (and unmakes) policy, you have to understand that it comes from a constant battle between incompetence and evil.
Their policies are usually a combination of both in different measures.
Darth Putin KGB :
The question is not “why has Donald betrayed Ukraine?”
The question is “how big a cut of unfrozen Russian assets will Donald get for betraying Ukraine?”
Volodymyr Yermolenko :
By depriving the defending side of the resources it needs to defend itself, you are not stopping the war. You are turning it into a massacre.
Cemil Kerimoglu :
So pathetic. I mean seriously, on one hand we have disgusting pieces of shit and on the other pathetic weaklings. Why instead of urging Zelensky to not say (fully deserved) mean things about Trump, not provide Ukraine with long-range missiles? Or better, bomb Russia ourselves?
Ukrainians are really the only worthy, the finest human beings on Earth now. Everyone else is garbage. Ukrainians are the only reason why humanity deserves another chance. Ukrainians are the only reason why humankind deserves to exist at all.
(Cemil responding to FT report of EU leaders urging Zel to reign in criticism of Krasnov).
Marijn Markus :
And those who disagree with this statement are on the wrong side, too.
“The United States has chosen the wrong side of history.”
President Zelenskyy
Shaun Pinner :
Don’t get distracted by Kyiv, Trump’s latest statements or Russian propaganda.
Ask yourself WHY this is happening now.
Why the sudden change in Washington’s approach? Why the pressure on Ukraine while Russia continues its attacks?
And who stands to benefit?
Look beyond the headlines, and ask why 🇺🇦
Garry Kasparov :
If Trump were a Russian asset, what would he actually do differently?
Anne Applebaum :
In 1987 Trump visited Moscow. Since then, “He has changed his mind about abortion and crypto, he has supported different political parties… but his dislike of America’s democratic allies and his preference for Russia have remained remarkably consistent.”

From a Russian prison cell, jailed Donbas warlord Igor Strelkov smuggled out a warning: military victory is impossible and “this train is on fire.”
Russia sacrificed 50,000 casualties in a single month to net less land than two Manhattans.
While 493 Ukrainian drones swarmed Moscow, its VIP airport locked passengers inside dark planes for 8 hours and bragged it “persuaded” airlines to stay grounded.
Blogger Alexei Zhivov leaked stats early, warning “the city is shaking from intercepts.”
The sky was so clogged two commercial airliners declared “Mayday Fuel” over Nizhny Novgorod.
Diverted to St. Petersburg, travelers were told to “consider alternative modes of transport” while a charter in Minsk sat 2 hours with zero food.
ISW reports Moscow’s 2026 summer offensive has officially failed.
Ukraine reclaimed 1,046 sq km, leaving Russia a net gain under 100 sq km for the year, an advance under 1 sq km per day. Near Kherson, Russian troops even tried a river attack in an inflatable dinghy.
Russian channel Fisherman posted a headline that is a confession with a hat on: “Too early to celebrate: Ukrainian infantry is back in Malaya Tokmachka.”
Defector Oleg Tsarev reported tactical wins in the same post he admitted Ukrainian forces hold their lines.
When Moscow credited a Hero of Russia with designing a pipe-crawl behind enemy lines, top pro-war blogger Yuri Podolyaka called out the lie to 400,000 readers: “Let’s not make things up… Where did they even get that from?”
In occupied Zaporizhzhia, a villager without power or water for 4 months invited his governor to visit his “control.”
When the governor claimed all was safe on TV, an official snapped: “Your surname is not Andersen and not even Grimm.”
In Achinsk, a bankruptcy judge ruled this week that a destitute family’s television can be replaced by books and newspapers, and their vacuum cleaner by a rag or a broom.
While Moscow preaches empire, its courts legally order citizens to sweep with a rag.
S-400 batteries built to kill jets at 200 miles get destroyed first because commanders routinely fail to place basic drone shields around them.
Once long-range radars fall, cheap lawnmower-engine drones fly unchecked straight to Moscow.
Strelkov explained the deadlock as a “push-me-pull-you in its pure form”: a two-headed beast walking nowhere.
He accused Kremlin VIPs of taking a “stroll to the Land of Fools,” referencing Pinocchio burying gold coins in dirt expecting a money tree.
Strelkov warned defeat will be complete and catastrophic, with Ukrainian strikes now hitting Siberia 1,500 miles away in Omsk.
He concluded that Russia’s military leadership suffers from “complete incompetence and incapacity.”
Overnight, SpaceX capped Starlink speeds at 100 mph on moving military terminals. Ukrainian drone buyer Serhii Sternenko confirmed: “A number of important missions were disrupted.”
Meanwhile, London fast-tracked 10 million pounds of anti-drone missiles.
Moscow controls the media and the wording, but not the map or the clock.
When a state burns 50,000 lives to net two Manhattans while its VIP hub locks passengers in the dark for 8 hours, control is pure fiction.

Shankar Narayan :
Ukraine carried out a long-range missile strike on the Borisoglbesk air base in Voronezh.
Destroyed or damaged 6 Su-34 bombers.
Very interested in finding out if it was a missiles plus drones attack. Hoping that ukr missiles were involved.
250 miles. Not impossible for Storm Shadows to reach. But want it to be Firepoint missiles. Nothing wrong with British missiles nor do we have any doubts about Britain’s heart.
Just that their production rate will not scale and it uses US components.
Jay in Kyiv :
Imagine how GOP candidates feel right now, watching Trump go against two of the most unanimously supported issues just 3 weeks before congressional elections.
Fully embracing Putin (hated by 88% of Americans) against Ukraine (supported by 70% of Americans).
There will be revenge.
I certainly hope so Jay.
Burn the GOP Putin Wing down and make Sen. Kennedy president.
Amen!
