Lavrov is outraged that Moscow is not allowed to decide the fate of Ukraine

The Kremlin wants to independently decide who to admit to NATO and which territories should pass to Russia.

Russia is outraged that the Kremlin has been stripped of its veto power over Ukraine’s future, including its membership in NATO . Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made the remarks in an interview with RT .

A man in a suit looks down, appearing contemplative or troubled, with a microphone in front of him against a green marble background.

Thus, Moscow, in particular, was outraged by the statement of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, who, during a visit to Kyiv, stated that Ukraine would be in NATO. Lavrov hinted that Putin and Trump had already agreed not to let Ukraine into the alliance.

“He (Rutte) wanted to sneeze at the fact that the United States, represented by President Trump, considers this unacceptable. And Rutte simply stated, hugging Zelensky, that Ukraine will be in NATO,” Lavrov said.

He also expressed the opinion that it is supposedly easier for Europeans to accept Ukraine into NATO than into the EU, since in the second case the European Union will “collapse.”

The Russian Foreign Minister is also outraged by the statement of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who does not see Russia’s desire to end the war.

“It is very strange to hear from a participant in the meeting in Anchorage on August 15 last year, where President Putin accepted President Trump’s proposals regarding the first steps that would allow for a cessation of hostilities and the start of negotiations,” Lavrov said.

  1. In the cauldron of devilry, the people who should be locked up in high security psychiatric institutions for disturbed maniacs are in fact running it.
Whereas the ones who should be running it and denazifying it are dead (murdered by the regime of course), in exile, in the gulag or in a nut house.

TACO’s proposals had no approval from Ukraine, so they had no legitimacy. Giving away territory in another country to an invader for backdoor deals was never going to happen.
