The Kremlin said that it has not yet received the official text of the “20-point peace plan”, which has been actively written about in the press recently. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov complained about this during an interview.
According to him, Moscow has only seen individual fragments of the document that have been leaked to the media, but no official or unofficial channels for transmitting the plan were used.
