Former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Stupak believes that the head of the Kremlin really does have doubles. He said this on air at Kiev24.
So, answering the question whether he believes in their existence, Stupak said:
“I think it’s true.”
According to him, the main task of Putin’s double is to get the bullet that is intended for the “original” and that’s basically it.
“They show up at events where Putin can’t show up, or doesn’t want to show up, or doesn’t have time to show up. To distract attention, to create an entourage,” the former SBU employee noted.
According to Stupak, it was the Russian president’s double who recently visited the Kursk region.
“A visit to the Kursk region: an incomprehensible voice, extremely high. There were several cameras. One could say: oh, it’s a camera, the sound track failed. But he was filmed from several angles. What, did the sound tracks fail in all the cameras at the same time and that’s why his voice sounded very squeaky? This is some kind of crap. I don’t believe that it was the original (Putin). As UNIAN reported, on March 12, Russian media outlets reported that Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin had arrived in Kursk Oblast in military uniform. During his visit, he met with Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov and held a meeting with the command, after which he made certain statements.
