Today, as a result of Russian aggression, 90% of the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region has been destroyed.

As Censor.NET reports with reference to Interfax-Ukraine, this was announced by the head of the MVA, Andriy Besedin, during a telethon.

Yes, according to him, the situation in the community is no longer just difficult, but critical.

“The Russians are attacking Kupyansk and the community with KABs, artillery, MLRS, and fiber-optic FPV drones. And the occupiers are using all of these weapons in the central parts of settlements, which poses a threat to ordinary residents,” the head of the MVA said.

Besedin recalled yesterday’s another terrorist act, when the Russians attacked the city with a KAB, and immediately after that with the Uragan MLRS, as a result of which two utility workers were killed .

“These are terrible losses of our people, our colleagues who give our lives so that Kupyansk can live. Unfortunately, today 90% of the city has been destroyed,” he stressed.

According to Besedin, today there are 2,700 civilians remaining in the community, 1,700 of whom are in Kupyansk itself, and they are putting their lives in danger every day.

“We understand how difficult it is to leave and leave your home – but no one compensates for life and health. The algorithm has been worked out, everything is provided – compact living spaces, social benefits, a support center in Kharkiv, which serves over 8,000 of our residents, humanitarian, psychological, and medical assistance.
