After long months of fighting for the bridgehead of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the left bank of the Kherson region, the settlement of Krynki was destroyed almost to the ground. However, the operation of Ukrainian soldiers in the occupied part of the region continues.
Ukrainian soldiers are carrying out combat missions and holding positions on the left bank of the Dnieper, including near the settlement of Krynki. This was stated by Dmitry Lykhovy, a representative of the operational-strategic group of troops “Tavria”, in a commentary to Krym.Realii.
Lykhoviy emphasized that the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to carry out combat missions on the Left Bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region, including near the village of Krynki, and on the islands in this area.

“At the same time, the circumstance was taken into account that the positions of the Ukrainian forces in the village of Krynki were completely destroyed as a result of intensive, prolonged enemy shelling and airstrikes. The village itself was almost completely destroyed. There is no way to hold the line there, no way to cling to any fortifications, and therefore the Ukrainian defenders are in other specific positions and bridgeheads, as well as on the left bank of the Dnieper,” Lykhoviy said.
According to him, in the area of responsibility of the operational group of troops “Tavria”, the Dnieper direction is “the hottest, but relatively, enemy assaults take place there every day.”
“There are comparatively more of them than in other sections of our combat line in our operational zone, but these figures are measured in numbers of about three or four per day, sometimes two. Sometimes there can be about ten… This is a little less intensity than before, but the Russians’ attempts to advance to these bridgeheads of ours continue, but they remain unsuccessful,” Lykhovy emphasized.
Let us recall that on July 12, the online premiere of the documentary film “Krynki” took place. It tells about the soldiers who held a bridgehead on a small patch of the occupied left bank for many months. The film recorded “living testimonies of those who saw death and returned to life.”

For whatever reason, the AFU is still on this side of the river, I hope it’s worth it.

The West not giving Ukraine the means and permission to strike at mafia air bases regardless of how deep they are in mafia land will be recorded in every history book as a strategic and tragic mistake of epic proportions.
What a nightmare.
And let’s also remember that every time orc vermin destroy a village, even if the villagers escape, their lives are in ruins.
Someone said on LI that the putinaZis will stop when Muskovy citizens see their city being bombed to fuck so that huge areas are smoking ruins; like Mariupol.
The average ruskie creature lives in conditions that remind you more of life in a dumpster than anything else. Thus, pictures of demolished towns, villages, and cities don’t bother them so much because the looks of those places have been made to more closely resemble their own.
Other reports we’ve read/heard said AFU withdrew from Krynky, first I’m hearing that there may still be a presence.
Yes, I admit that it’s weird.
