The Kremlin has said that although the trilateral negotiation process on resolving the war in Ukraine is currently on hold, Russia continues to exchange information with the United States.
Source: Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, as quoted by Interfax, a Russian news outlet
Details: Peskov stated that the talks involving the three countries are currently suspended.
“The Americans have many other matters to deal with, for understandable reasons. Because of this, it is currently difficult to convene in a trilateral format,” he told journalists.
Peskov noted that the Ukrainians are continuing their dialogue with the Americans despite this.
“We also continue to exchange information with the Americans through the channels available to us,” he added.
He was asked whether a possible visit to Kyiv by US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and American businessman Jared Kushner could reinvigorate the negotiation process, and whether the Kremlin is aware of preparations for them to visit after Orthodox Easter, which falls on 12 April this year.
“We have no reliable information that it [the visit] is being planned,” Peskov said.

ruSSia lost Moldova, syria, venezuela and soon will lose iran. They better negotiate…
ruSSia could have taken Crimea and good. But some idiots went for more filled with vodka, causing a mess. The full scale invasion followed as another fuck up. Why can’t ruSSians finally admit that their leadership is a bunch of complete incompetent IDIOTS?! It is up to ruSSians to rid themselves of the real proplem before Ukraine shoots asshole Zelensky to the moon! Peace! 🇺🇦
Larry expressed his doubt that gruesome twosome Witless and Kushner would visit Kyiv.
Those doubts seem well-founded.
But in the event that they go, what would be the point in sending scummy pro-putler crooks and swindlers to Ukraine?
Turds like them never change their minds; too much money at stake.
“Europeans might ask themselves this question. If Trump does not care about Putin helping the Iranians to kill Americans, do you think he will care at all about Putin trying to kill Europeans?”
