The Telegram channel Крымский ветер – Crimean Wind – has announced that the knife used by an FSB agent to cut off an ear of a Tajik suspect, is now up for auction.
The channel states:

After this, the Russian Nazi Evgeniy Rasskazov (Topaz) boasted on his channel that it was his subscriber who cut off the ear of a Tajik suspected of a terrorist attack. The knife used to cut off the ear is now up for auction (https://t.me/Crimeanwind/56075).

This should be yet another reminder for those with weak minds of the depraved nature of the mafia regime and its bloodthirsty members and supporters. And, that this is the largest terrorist organization of the world.
Not much of a terrorist that allows himself to be caught, while he had a car loaded with guns.
Chances are good that he’s either innocent or a scapegoat.
Or he was promised safe passage to Belarus in his white car, believing that the FSB would keep their word.
He would not even know the FSB hired him. He surely thought the chechen FSB agents were IS.
