Details have emerged about how Kirill Budanov responded to the ultimatum news from the United States during negotiations with the American delegation in Miami.
Mykhailo Rogoza, a veteran of the Ukrainian-Russian war, claims that a sharp turn occurred during the Ukrainian delegation’s recent October talks in the United States. Following this turn, further dialogue between Kyiv and Washington was effectively put on hold.
According to him, this happened when the Ukrainian side learned about the partial lifting of sanctions against Russia and Washington’s demands to stop attacks on Russian oil refineries.
According to the author of the publication, Kirill Budanov, the head of the Presidential Administration, reacted extremely harshly to this news. After the meeting, as the participants were heading for the exit, Budanov allegedly rudely told his American colleagues that Ukraine intended to destroy Russian oil refineries and ports.
