“Some” head of state should step up and say that a nuke strike on Ukraine threatens the existance of all Nato nations, and there WILL be a retalitory strike. Call his buff. He thinks he knows the queen of diamonds by the way she shines, the looser.
So, which leader do you think would do that? None come to mind. I’m not saying your idea is a bad one, it isn’t. I would be pleased to see someone do that for once.
