On November 20, Trump envoy Steve Witkoff handed Zelenskyy a 28-point “peace” plan that achieves what Russia could not on the battlefield:

• Permanent cession of Crimea & all Donbas (Points 21–22)
• Constitutional ban on NATO membership (Point 3)
• Army capped at 600,000 (Point 6)
• Elections in 100 days amid corruption chaos (Point 23)
• Sanctions relief & G8 return for Russia (Points 13–14)
• Russian amnesty for war crimes (Point 26)

No Ukrainian or European official was in the room when it was written.
Three days later, Keith Kellogg went on Fox and called Ukrainian objections “posturing.”

🥁 His exact words: “I think we can drive Ukraine to it.”

This was not improvisation.

It is the near-verbatim execution of the 28-page “America First, Russia & Ukraine” report Kellogg co-authored in April 2024 and personally presented to Trump in June 2024 (Trump “responded favorably”).

👉 70–80 % of the 28 points come straight from that document: freeze lines → explicit cessions, conditional aid → ultimatums, “pause NATO” → constitutional ban, partial sanctions relief → G8 reinstatement.

The other 20%? Added by the Kremlin. They aren’t even hiding that fact! Literally, forcing Ukraine to accept a surrender plan that 1/4 (at least) was crafted by the perpetrators of the atrocities it has endured.

I have watched, mesmerized by the sheer audacity of it, for eight years.

2016–17: Michael Flynn promised Putin a sanctions reset. When Flynn was fired for lying, Keith Kellogg — his chief of staff/mentor — stepped in as acting NSA, kept Flynn’s pro-Russia team, and in 2019 testified that withholding U.S. aid to pressure Kyiv was “perfectly normal.”

Feb 2025, Munich: “Ukraine must make concessions… Europe will not be involved.”

Mar 2025: Justifies cutting intel/weapons — “hitting a mule with a 2×4 to get its attention.” (Ukraine is the mule)

Sep 2025, Kyiv: “We’d kick their ass.”

Nov 2025, Fox: “Drive Ukraine to it.”

Same man. Same goal.

The family optics are flawless: daughter Meaghan Mobbs runs the $150 M R.T. Weatherman Foundation, flying in humanitarian aid — the Washington Post’s “confluence of pro-Trump and pro-Ukraine America.”

It is the perfect shield. Non-lethal aid sustains without empowering. Questions about opacity and the Energoatom scandal remain unproven; the shield works.

Russia sidelined Kellogg in March 2025 for being “too pro-Kyiv.” 😆 Only people new to life ever believe anything a Russian says – you’re better off always assuming the opposite is true.

President Zelenskyy now faces the choice he warned of: lose dignity or lose a major partner. Brutal as it has always been, it was inevitable that we would arrive here.
