He will meet with representatives of Ukrainian special services
Special Envoy of the President of the United States of America Keith Kellogg will receive data on the potential of the Russian Federation’s army and the prospects of the Ukrainian army.
As President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported in an evening video address to Ukrainians, he gave the following instructions to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, and the Chief of the General Staff, Andriy Hnatov:
“We are also preparing meetings between President Trump’s special representative and the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as our intelligence. The information will be complete. We also count on America’s full understanding of what can be done to force Russia to peace.”
Kellogg’s visit to Ukraine
As you know, Keith Kellogg is a former US Army general and special representative for Ukraine and Russia in the Donald Trump administration. He was appointed to this position in January of this year.
In February, Kellogg already visited Kyiv , where he held talks with President Zelensky, military and diplomats.
It recently became known about preparations for a new visit lasting about a week. The former general is scheduled to arrive in Ukraine today, July 14.
As a reminder, the other day, Trump’s special representative met with Zelensky and Western leaders at the International Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine, which was held in Rome.
