    Early in the morning on Wednesday, December 4, explosions were heard in the capital of Russian Chechnya, the city of Grozny . Russian mass media reported on the UAV attack, publishing videos from surveillance cameras and photos of the consequences.

    It is noted that the attack took place at approximately 04:50, and the target was the Akhmat Kadyrov special police regiment.

    There is information that the “Carpet” plan was implemented at the local airport at night, as a result of which one flight to Moscow was delayed.
