Hey, just a quick update from Kyiv. I woke up this morning and, for the first time since I’ve lived here, the entire skyline was completely black. No lights at all. It was surreal, and it felt like something I should address, even though I wasn’t planning to make a video today.
I’m in the middle of editing a big documentary about the Donbas which usually takes me a couple of weeks, so I genuinely thought I wouldn’t post anything until that was finished. But there’s a lot happening right now with deep strikes inside Russia, Black Sea ships being hit, and heavy attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and I wanted to share a brief overview of what the situation feels like on the ground.
Once the Donbas documentary is released, I’ll be returning to daily reports. That will actually be my final film of 2025.
If you’d like to see it before it goes public, you can get early access on my Patreon at the link below. Thanks so much for watching and for being here.

Ukraine should be given every possible weapon to attack and destroy the energy infrastructure in the mafia state. Why isn’t it getting them? It’s called cowardice.
