It is noted that not only the Russian SPFP, but also everyone who works with it fell under European sanctions.
New European Union sanctions have hit the Russian equivalent of SWIFT. Thus, the Financial Message Transmission System (FTMS), which was created by the Central Bank of Russia, came under restrictions.

The website of the European Council indicates that a decision has been made to ban the use of TFP. Thus, EU entities operating outside Russia will no longer be able to use SPFP or similar specialized services.
In addition, EU operators are prohibited from conducting transactions with legal entities included in the list of those who use TFP outside Russia.
The EU Council also introduced a ban on transactions with targeted financial institutions and suppliers of crypto assets established outside the EU if these organizations support the Russian defense industrial base by exporting, supplying, selling, transferring or transporting dual-use goods and technologies, firearms, etc. weapons and ammunition.
14th package of EU sanctions against Russia – latest news
On June 24, the Council of the European Union approved the 14th package of sanctions against Russia . The new sanctions target important sectors of the Russian economy, such as energy, finance and trade, and make it difficult to circumvent EU restrictions.
Later, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said that the new EU sanctions were approved in a much softer version than originally planned because of Germany’s position.

This is what happens when you vote for people into high office that should be shoe polishers at the airport instead.
