“It was disgusting to watch”: Johnson criticized the meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska

09/15/2025

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has spoken out about the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, which
took place in Alaska on August 15. According to the politician, it was disgusting to watch, but sometimes you still have to talk to people like the head of the Russian Federation.

Johnson said this in a comment to NV. He emphasized that Vladimir Putin is a tyrant and a war criminal, and the meeting with him was not successful.

“Putin is a war criminal. You know, he’s a bandit. He’s a tyrant. So it was disgusting. But sometimes you have to talk to these people. Did it work? No, it didn’t work,” the former prime minister said.

At the same time, he believes that Trump’s rapprochement with Putin could help convince the latter to agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine. However, this requires pressure on the dictator.

“Is it possible that, by improving relations with Putin, Trump will be able to convince Putin to conclude a ceasefire, to freeze the war on the current front line, to accept that he will never take over all of Ukraine? Well, it is possible. It is not impossible. If we put enough pressure on him,” Johnson added.

We previously reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is thinking about this meeting in Alaska . He believes that the talks between Trump and Putin were beneficial for the Russian dictator. He got “what he wanted” from the American president.

As OBOZ.UA reported, the ASEAN summit will be held in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in October 2025. Among other leaders, US President Donald Trump and Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin are invited there, so their meeting and new negotiations are not ruled out.

It was disgusting to watch. It was nauseating. It was despicable. And no, it didn’t work because the other bandit, the orange one who had the red carpet rolled out for the blood-drenched war criminal bandit, never wanted it to work.

  2. Even Boris seems to be accepting the “freeze the lines” option, which was formulated in Captain Cornflake’s putrid “America First” surrender plan in April 2024.
The “Coalition of the Willing” have accepted it too.
That poisonous toad OrbanaZi “read the room” well didn’t he?

    Russian Zone
    DMZ
    Western Ukraine Zone

    That’s what’s coming.

UNLESS: the following things happen :

Ukraine gets the firepower it needs
    A full NFZ is declared
The COTW sends 10 divisions of troops now
The putinaZi economy is crushed by a total trade, diplomatic, travel and banking moratorium.

Chances of that : less than 1%.

    • A lot of people have a lot of opinions on how the war should end, but opinions are just like as… well, you know.

      • The only viable end is the total defeat of the cauldron of devilry and the arrival of the putler murder gang at the gallows.

        • The gallows is too humane. I’d have other, more entertaining ideas to punish them. They’re all slow and very painful.
