The army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, massively attacked Ukraine on December 13, in particular by striking the energy sector. Ukrainian air defense shot down more than 160 drones and missiles from almost 300 enemy targets.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russia `carried out a combined air attack on Ukraine with missiles of various types and strike drones.

“In total, the radio-technical troops of the Air Force detected 287 enemy air attack means during this period – 94 missiles and 193 UAVs,” the report says.

In particular:

• 4 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles from MiG-31K fighters, the launch area – Tambov region;
• 2 ballistic missiles Iskander-M, launch area – Bryansk Oblast, Crimea;
• 1 ballistic missile KN-23, launch area – Bryansk Oblast;
• 55 cruise missiles Kh-101, Kh-55SM from strategic bombers Tu-95MS, launch area – Volgograd Oblast;
• 24 cruise missiles Kalibr, launch area – Black Sea;
• 7 cruise missiles Iskander-K, launch area – Voronezh, Rostov Oblast;
• 1 guided aircraft missile Kh-59/Kh-69, launch area – airspace over TOT Luhansk Region;
• 193 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type from the Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Oryol, Bryansk, Millerovo areas.

As of 11:30 a.m., the following were confirmed to have been shot down:

• 80 Kh-101/Kh-55SM/Kalibr/Iskander-K cruise missiles;
• 1 Iskander-M ballistic missile;
• 80 Shahed attack UAVs and unmanned aerial vehicles of unknown type.

In addition, 105 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles did not reach their targets due to active countermeasures by the Defense Forces (lost in location), five returned to russia, and one more to Belarus.

Once again, the enemy’s missile and drone strike was mainly directed at Ukrainian energy facilities.

We will remind you that in the morning, the Minister of Energy reported that the energy sector throughout Ukraine is once again under a massive attack by the russian federation.

Also, today’s attack by the aggressor country, the russian federation, was directed, in particular, at DTEK thermal power plants. As a result of the attack, the TPP equipment was seriously damaged.

In addition, the Prykarpattia suffered the most massive attack during the entire period of the full-scale war.
