Earlier, Russia announced the mobilization of Russian military personnel in the reserve, and plans to mobilize about 300 thousand people.

In Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, men who have received Russian passports are handed summons for mobilization into the Russian army.
This is stated in a message on the page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook .
“In Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, men of military age who renounced Ukrainian citizenship and received passports of the Russian Federation, the occupying authorities began handing mobilization summonses,” the General Staff noted.

In addition, photos of correspondence have already appeared on the network, in which a man from the occupied territory tells his wife that the Rashists are forcing people to vote in the “referendum”. After that, the Russians give the men passports and immediately hand over the summonses. It is impossible to vote against the “referendum”, because armed rashists watch what people write.

Mobilization in the Russian Federation: what is known
As UNIAN reported earlier, on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the mobilization of Russian military personnel in the reserve. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that they plan to mobilize about 300 thousand people. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine believes that during the first wave of mobilization in Russia, only 40-50 thousand reservists can be called up, because there is simply not enough equipment for more
British intelligence analyzed the situation and noted that the aggressor country would need to solve logistical and administrative problems in order to muster 300,000 troops, who are unlikely to become combat-ready within months. Experts note that even this limited mobilization will be very unpopular with part of the Russian population, and Putin is taking significant political risks in the hope of building up the necessary combat power. It is also noted that this step is actually a recognition that Russia has exhausted the supply of volunteers who are ready to fight in Ukraine.

It’s plain and simple; an army that forces people to fight is worth jack shit.
“It is also noted that this step is actually a recognition that Russia has exhausted the supply of volunteers who are ready to fight in Ukraine.”
Not only ready to fight, but willing to fight. Sending thousands of untrained, unwilling, drunks, thieves and rapists with no winter uniforms, against a highly motivated experienced army, is suicidal.
