Over two years, the carrier was fined 23 times for violating license conditions.

In St. Petersburg (Russian Federation), a regular bus with passengers fell into the Moika River. As Meduza reports with reference to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, this happened on the afternoon of May 10 on the Kissing Bridge, which is located opposite the Central Naval Museum.

Footage from an outdoor CCTV camera that appeared in the media showed how a bus moving along the embankment suddenly strays from direction and “worts” from side to side, creating an emergency situation on the road. Then he sharply turns onto the bridge, collides with two cars and, breaking through the fence, falls into the river.

It is noted that the first to rush to save the people who were inside the bus were passengers of a passing water bus, drivers of other cars and workers working at a construction site nearby. In particular, eyewitnesses threw lifebuoys into the river; several people jumped into the water themselves. Soon, rescuers and police arrived at the scene of the emergency – a total of 69 people were involved in the operation.

He was also injured when the bus fell into the river and was taken to a medical facility. The bus owner’s company has been fined 23 times over the past 2.5 years for carrying out business activities in gross violation of the terms of the license. 1. The one dollar question: if you did not see the video: from which side the bus came from?

  2. “Then he sharply turns onto the bridge, collides with two cars and, breaking through the fence, falls into the river.”

Was the the fence on the bridge made out of cardboard?

Here is a video of the whole clown show.

  3. “a passing water bus”

Sounds like the regular bus aspired to be a water bus… 🙂
