In the city of Sovetsk, Kaliningrad region, ceremonial events dedicated to the day of the city were canceled due to the difficult situation at the front.
“The celebration of the Day of the City of Sovetsk has been cancelled. The reason is the tense situation in the war zone and the death of our fellow countrymen who were performing their military duty,” said Grigory Sokolovsky, head of the city district.
