In the Luhansk region, Russian Nazis bombed St. Elias Monastery

St. Ilyinsky Monastery of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Party in the village of Varvarovka, Lugansk region, was destroyed by artillery of Russian atheists.

The head of the Lugansk regional military-civilian administration, Serhiy Gaidai, said that this morning the Rashists fired at a religious building.

The fraternal building was completely burned down, the garage and utility rooms were destroyed, the buildings on the territory of the monastery were damaged, the windows in two churches were shattered with fragments.

The head of the region notes that earlier the occupiers repeatedly fired at other churches of the Severodonetsk diocese, in Lisichansk, Troitsky, Rubizhny. Including the damaged Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ and the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All the Sorrowful”.

  1. Since that picture shows only slight damage from shooting or artillery to a single wall, then it seems to call into doubt this article. Are there other photos of the destroyed monastery?

    I don’t like to say it that way, especially if those evil ogres really did burn, or shell the buildings to the ground, but I also want to get the truth.
