Liberation of the Kharkov region
As UNIAN reported earlier, on September 6, the Defense Forces of Ukraine launched a successful counter-offensive campaign in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region and, by September 14, liberated almost the entire territory of the region from Russian invaders. About 150,000 Ukrainians lived in the occupation for more than five months.
However, the Russians continue to shell the territory of the region. In particular, on December 7, they attacked the settlement of Pechenegy in the Kharkiv region with S-300 missiles. And on December 14, the Russian enemy conducted intensive shelling of the Kupyansky direction , as a result of which a critical infrastructure facility was damaged.
On December 15, the Russian Federation also launched strikes against the Kharkov region and the regional center. The Russian occupiers attacked with S-300 complexes.
