Major General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmytro Marchenko said this during a conversation with public figure and politician Boryslav Bereza.
“We all know, I won’t be revealing a military secret if I say that our front has collapsed. Unfortunately, the “*rki” have already entered Selidovo and are gaining a foothold there. I think that in the near future they will encircle it and capture it completely, which will give them a tactical exit to Pokrovsk. This is very bad for us,” Marchenko emphasized.
At the same time, he said why this situation is happening.
“Firstly, it is a shortage of ammunition and weapons. Secondly, it is people. No people, no reinforcements. People are very exhausted, they simply cannot pull the fronts they are on. And thirdly, it is an imbalance in management. That is, what is happening now, I will say that it should not be like this for sure,” Marchenko noted.
At the same time, the major general gave an example of a situation that led to the loss of Ugledar, where before the rotation of the brigade, the brigade commander was changed, who “did not understand what was happening to him”, was only just getting into the essence of the matter and only understood where his directions were:
“I don’t know who made such a strategic decision to do this, but to blow up a brigade that was carrying out specific tasks on our islands in the south of Ukraine, and to throw it into the most important area, into the most acute combat operations without preparation, without combat coordination, and with a brigade commander who doesn’t understand who is where, that’s the result – there is simply no Ugledar.”

Something very fishy about this article. First of all, Bereza is no longer a politicaian, and he fled Ukraine to live in Moldova. Secondly, I doubt any Ukrainian General would publicly state that the front had collapsed.
