The man in the tram tried to touch the child’s genitals.
In Kiev , a pensioner was detained for committing indecent acts against a minor child.
This was reported in the press service of the Kiev city prosecutor’s office.
So, on June 3, law enforcement agencies received a message from a woman that an unknown man, while on a tram, molested her 10-year-old son and tried to touch his genitals.
The police identified the perpetrator and took him into custody.
It turned out to be a 69-year-old native of the Russian city of Novoaltaisk.
The detainee was informed of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Commission of indecent acts against a minor).
The issue of choosing a measure of restraint is being decided.
