Since 2014, it has not received Ukrainian funding, and the factory’s income is not taken into account in the total turnover of the Roshen corporation.

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Lipetsk took into ownership of the Russian state the shares of the former Lipetsk confectionery factory “Roshen” and the authorized capital in the trading company Roshen LLC.

“According to the court decision, the income of the Russian Federation should include shares of Lipetsk Confectionery Factory Roshen JSC and 94.9976% of shares in the authorized capital of Roshen LLC, owned by the Central European Confectionery Company, 5% of shares in the authorized capital of LLC “Roshen”, owned by Oleg Kazakov,” is indicated  in the message of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation.

It is reported that shares of Lipetsk Confectionery Factory Roshen JSC in the amount of 128,970,771 shares were confiscated. In addition, the court banned the activities of ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, his son Alexei Poroshenko and Oleg Kazakov in Russia.

The court decision can be appealed on appeal to the Lipetsk Regional Court within the time limits established by law.
