A pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime that resulted in the deaths of people.

In Kherson , two people were killed and another woman was injured as a result of an attack by an enemy drone.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on the morning of October 8, Russian military personnel attacked a civilian vehicle in Kherson with people inside.

The attack killed two civilians: a 62-year-old woman and a man of about 65 years old.

A 55-year-old woman was also injured and taken to the hospital.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime that resulted in the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
