The head of the press office of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Alexander Tolokonnikov, spoke about this on the air of the “ We are Ukraine ” TV channel. He noted that the Russians often use drones and drops. Because of this, as well as the heat and wind, rescuers have a lot of work – both fields and houses are burning.

“Attacks by Russian drones in the Kherson region have become very active. Therefore, we need to be very careful (…) We have never had anything like this before, that in Kherson itself, in the suburbs, there are a lot of air drops. Antonovka is now constantly suffering. We have never seen anything like this before.” , he emphasized.

When before they could report that MLRS was covering some squares, perhaps there were civilians there by accident, but here there are targeted attacks on civilians, including children, as we recently saw when a 12-year-old girl and her 15-year-old sister were injured. That is, they have nothing sacred, they have again hit the bottom of some kind of humanity. This is truly a new stage, there has never been anything like this. But I cannot say that fewer mortars, artillery and MLRS are now being used in the Kherson region,” he summed up.
