In July, the Ukrainian Defense Forces neutralized more than 30,000 Russian army soldiers using drones.

Drones have become the main force of destruction

Zelensky said that he had heard a report from the Security Service of Ukraine and agreed to new operations for August. According to him, a separate report from the Ministry of Defense on the results of the defeat of Russian troops in July was presented.

“And in total, during this July, 30,272 Russians were destroyed by all our units at the front, precisely with drones. These are the eliminated and seriously wounded. And this is only what has clear video confirmation,” the president noted.

The Head of State noted that the SBU’s “Alpha” unit took first place in the number of enemy casualties.

Russian losses are consistently high every month

Zelensky stressed that the situation on the front remains unchanged. According to him, the Russian army is losing about 30,000 soldiers every month.

The President also emphasized that Ukrainian forces will continue to receive more drones to enhance their combat capabilities.
