Russian propagandist Svetlana Babayeva, who headed the Simferopol branch of Rossiya Segodnya, died in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
This is reported by Russian media.
It is noted that Babaeva died “as a result of an accident at one of the training grounds in the Crimea, where she was engaged in military sports shooting.
Another propagandist Margarita Simonyan reacted to the death of Babayeva:
“Just yesterday we discussed with her how we will develop in new territories. Oh, Sveta, Sveta, how can it be.”
Updated. According to Russian media, the propagandist died from a “stray bullet.” Information about this was confirmed by her immediate boss, propagandist Dmitry Kiselev: “I was torn” for the ribbon.
