According to preliminary data, the arrival could have occurred at the CHP in the Arshintseve district of Kerch.

The monitoring group noted that the fire at the thermal power plant has been confirmed. According to available information, a tank was hit.
Also, according to satellite imagery, a plume of smoke about 47 kilometers long was recorded.
At the same time, the occupation authorities announced a power outage due to “technological disruptions in electrical networks.”
Yevpatoria, Saki, Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoy, Krasnoperekopsky district, Saki district, Dzhankoysky district, Krasnogvardeysky district were left without electricity.
The Krymenergo enterprise stated that emergency restoration work is ongoing: they promise to restore power supply within 24 hours.
