In Chernihiv, an enemy shell hit a vehicle that was carrying water to people.
Ukrinform reports this with reference to Suspilne.
According to an eyewitness, a shell hit the vehicle, which then drove off the road. According to preliminary information, two people were killed and several others were injured.
“We carried two victims directly to the place where they will be buried. Two were rescued. A boy was taken away, people try to calm him down because his father was there and, unfortunately, he died. I did what I could to help,” said an eyewitness.
