❗️ Separately, I appeal to the business with a persistent request to turn off external advertising: lights, screens and other large energy constructions. If you have extra energy, give it to people instead of bright advertising.
📌 We work with international partners to attract additional support: powerful generators, power accumulators, power elements, transformers, repair tools, equipment and more. Increasing imports of electricity from the EU. The maximum capacity for import is currently 2.3 GW.
📌 We simplify and accelerate the connection of backup energy equipment to the networks. Connecting, reviewing and agreeing, as well as obtaining technical conditions – 2 days for each stage.
📌 We have positive dynamics of distributed generation equipment. If in 2024 225 MW of power was put into operation, then for 2025 – 762 MW. The best indicators in Kyiv region, volyn, subcarpathia, cherkasy region, kharkiv region. One of the worst indicators is in the city Kyiv And this directly affects the situation in the capital that we have today.
📌 We have over 250 installations put into operation by the generation. About 200 more installations at different stages of project implementation. We have 187 established objects across block-modular boilers.
📌 In coordination with the Defense Forces, we take measures to strengthen the protection of energy objects. More than 50 billion UAH has been allocated to work on the protection of energy infrastructure.
📌 Priority in electricity and teplopostačanní is given to hospitals, schools and other critically important to life and defense objects. Ukrzaliznytsi, Naftogazu, Ukroboronpromu have been instructed to urgently provide the purchase of imported electricity in amounts of at least 50% of their own consumption.
📌 Curfew. From now on, people will be allowed to go out without special passes and use transport to reach safety points and heating points. In fact, the same approach will work as during the air alarm.
📌 The situation with gas reserves is equally under control. Importation is going on. The extraction is underway.

More than 15,000 power workers are now involved in repairs and restoration as part of their respective crews. Tens of thousands of energy workers, first responders, utilities, police officers are now working 24/7 to help people restore the light and warmth.
