If China Invades Taiwan, It’s Game Over for China
Sept 20, 2025
Let me paint you a picture.
It’s 2:30 a.m. in Beijing.
Xi Jinping is wide awake, sipping wolfberry tea, staring at satellite images of Taiwan.
The order is given.
The PLA surges forward.
And then — boom.
Everything goes to hell.
Here’s the dirty little secret no one wants to say out loud:
If China invades Taiwan, it doesn’t win. It collapses.
Not in five years.
Not in ten.
Immediately.
Why China Can’t Win
- Geography:
Taiwan isn’t Normandy. It’s a fortress — cliffs, mountains, dense forests, and narrow landing zones.
It has 23 million people, most ready to fight street-by-street.
Every block becomes a meat grinder.
And it’s an island, separated by a 130 km Taiwan Strait.
Crossing it under constant missile fire, drone swarms, and airstrikes isn’t just hard — it’s almost impossible.
China would need to mount the largest amphibious assault in human history… and keep it going for weeks.
Even Russia couldn’t capture Kyiv, a city just a few hours’ drive from its border.
Imagine China trying to cross a stormy sea. - PLA’s Fatal Weakness:
Yes, China has missiles, hypersonics, and ships.
But they don’t have experience.
The PLA hasn’t fought a real war since 1979 — and they lost that one to Vietnam in just 28 days.
Today’s PLA is well-fed and well-equipped, but not battle-tested.
Their drills are like theater: impressive on stage, chaos the second real bullets fly.
Meanwhile, Taiwan’s defenders are highly motivated — and backed by the world’s most advanced satellites, submarines, and cyber warfare systems. - The Sleeping Samurai:
Everyone focuses on the U.S., but here’s the surprise: Japan won’t sit on the sidelines.
Taiwan is just 100 km from Okinawa.
Lose Taiwan, and Japan loses its natural defense wall — the first island chain.
Lose Taiwan, and China can strangle the shipping lanes that keep Japan’s economy alive.
Japan knows this.
The public knows this.
And its military is quietly rearming at a pace not seen in decades.
If China attacks, Tokyo will launch missiles, scramble jets, and lock down the East China Sea — turning Xi’s fantasy into a two-front war overnight. - Xi’s Self-Inflicted Wounds:
On the brink of war, most leaders rally their generals.
Xi? He’s purging them.
In the past year alone, over a dozen top generals have disappeared — including the heads of China’s missile and nuclear forces.
The result: a military led by yes-men, paralyzed by fear.
When generals fear Xi more than the enemy, they don’t win battles.
They lose wars. - The Economic Nuke:
China’s economy still survives because the world trades with it.
The second China attacks Taiwan, that ends overnight.
SWIFT access gone
Foreign reserves frozen
Global brands flee
Supply chains collapse
Tens of millions unemployed.
Food shortages begin.
Add a catastrophic war to that powder keg, and Xi doesn’t become the emperor of a greater China…
He becomes the last dictator of a fallen one.

The CCP can’t even start a blockade of Taiwan because of number 5. Like in the case of Ukraine, maybe you’re right that the West will not have their militaries involved at first.
Taiwan is not UN member and Taiwan is not independent country. It is China territory under American rule.
I’m always wary of May and October. Those are the only months the strait has decent weather for crossings. October is coming up.
Exposing China’s collapse! If the Chinese follow your proposed battlefield strategy, it suggests a critical oversight: underestimating the strategic capabilities of their leadership.
Very insightful, thank you. However, there are some worrying points:
a) Will Taiwan fall from within? If the Taiwanese can follow the footsteps of the brave Ukrainians, unite and fight invaders, then all will be well. The CCP is good at infiltration and whether some members of the Nationalist party can stand firm against an invasion, there is a doubt.
b) The Taiwanese military is equally inexperienced in fighting a war. It would be useful to set up a friendship with their Ukrainian counterpart and learn something from them.
c) Japan will prove to be a reliable ally, yes. Taiwan needs to be capable of depending an attack long enough for help from Japan to arrive.
d) In terms of whether the US will help, or help can arrive fast enough, it will depend on whether modern chip manufacturing is still mainly based in Taiwan. If the answer is yes, then help will be reassured. If not, then it depends on what ideology the then US Government holds – isolationism or globalist.

I don’t believe China is going to invade Taiwan anytime soon.
With all that chopstick rattling from uncle Xi, it’s telling us something.
Uncle Xi can’t afford to take on that risk as he is eyeing the perceived Chinese Empire. He is watching and hoping the west to collapse within.

All NATO countries (the U.S. included) & Taiwan should follow the example of countries like Poland and Denmark, which are using the Ukrainian know-how to modernize their methods of warfare.
Ukraine is the largest country in Europe, with the biggest and most experienced army, but it is the least well-equipped. Correcting this problem is currently the top priority for strengthening European security. Europe’s geography underscores Ukraine’s strategic importance to its safety.
Ukraine & Europe complement each other well militarily & Ukraine should remain an effective component of future European protection.
Many in the West haven’t yet realized these facts & don’t yet appreciate Ukraine’s role in the military downgrading of the H0RDΣS currently threatening Europe. The ruZZians constantly boast on their TV about nuking London, Berlin, Paris & annexing Alaska.
The Freedom of Ukraine is the KEY EXISTENTIAL MATTER for the FREEDOM IN EUROPE ! IT MUST BE SECURED NOW, & Putin’s ‘multipolar world dream’ will fall like a house of cards, which it is! The ruZZian threat will be kept at bay EVERYWHERE in Central Europe, in the Middle East, in Africa & in the Arctic! Xi Jinping would learn not to mess with us!

I enjoyed reading that. I don’t at the moment share the author’s optimism, but I sincerely hope he’s right.
Re point number 5/ :-

I stated before my belief that the chicoms are as evil and genocidal as the putinaZis; we only have to look at what happened to the Tibetans, Hmong and Uighurs for proof of that.
But the final proof is surely this : putler is prosecuting a genocide as evil in anything in history, yet the chicoms are providing crucial assistance. They are murderers by proxy of the civilians of an innocent independent nation that has never done them any harm whatsoever. Plus of course the cuntz lie about their involvement.
Surely we should be expediting the “Taiwan sanctions” on the chicoms now?
That would help end the putler holocaust and/or prevent any Taiwan invasion. Which trust me, we really do not want to happen.
“Crossing it under constant missile fire, drone swarms, and airstrikes isn’t just hard — it’s almost impossible.”
Except unfortunately there would be a blockade and supplies of missiles would run out.
Would anyone; even Japan, take on the chicoms to help Taiwan?
Seems doubtful.
Therefore it is more logical to start massive economic pressure on the chicoms now.
None of us unfortunately are in a position to say : “I don’t buy chicom shit.”
Much as we want to boycott them, our homes are full of items sourced from that evil shithole.
Trump will ‘strike a deal’ (…) with Red China to grant Taiwan a 12 months autonomy within Red China and stops all arms supplies… That is sadly what i would expect, since without chinese imports it’s us who will collapse first. Red China can produce anything for itself, we cannot.
