Putin denies having had any contact with Trump since his resignation.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin denies that former US President Donald Trump ever threatened to attack Moscow. The leader of the aggressor state made the statement today at a press conference following the BRICS summit.
“You can threaten anyone. There is no point in threatening Russia, because it only encourages us. But I don’t remember such a conversation with Mr. Trump,” he said.
Putin also denied reports that he had spoken to Trump several times after he lost his presidency.
“At one time they accused us and Trump himself of being somehow connected to Russia. Then, as a result of an investigation in the United States itself, everyone came to the conclusion that this was complete nonsense,” the Russian dictator said.
