The detention of Hungarian spies indicates that Hungary is practically an unfriendly country towards Ukraine, the expert believes.
Hungarian military intelligence could have provided Russia with data on the deployment of F-16 fighter jets in the Transcarpathian region, military analyst and former SBU employee Ivan Stupak said on the air of the Kyiv24 TV channel.
According to him, the spies of the Hungarian military intelligence detained in Ukraine communicated in Hungarian in Ukraine. At the same time, they were able to find specialists in the Hungarian language in Ukraine and stopped the criminal activities of these spies in time.
“I am more than convinced that Hungarian intelligence shared this military data – about the deployment of our military, about foreign instructors, about support, about morale, about the deployment of F-16 aircraft or any other aircraft in the territory of the Transcarpathian region – with the Russian Federation,” Stupak is convinced.
According to him, the detention of the spies indicates that another “practically unfriendly country towards Ukraine” has been identified.
A Hungarian military intelligence spy network was exposed in Ukraine
As UNIAN reported, on May 9, it became known that the Security Service of Ukraine had exposed an agent network of Hungarian military intelligence , which was carrying out espionage activities to the detriment of our state. The task of this cell was to collect information about the military security of the Transcarpathian region, search for vulnerabilities in the region’s ground and air defense, as well as study the socio-political views of local residents, in particular, scenarios of their behavior if Hungarian troops entered the region.
One of the detained agents of the Hungarian special services was taken into custody for 60 days by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv . In addition, a woman suspected of espionage in favor of Hungary was also given a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail.

If Ukraine didn’t already know hungarian regime is hostile towards them, it should be crystal clear now.
This also shows why Organ was so strongly in favor of having Hungarian “schools” in Ukraine. It had nothing to do with language. Orban won’t last long.
I hope that Ukraine has learned a valuable lesson, that this trash country can be trusted as much as its master, mafia land.
